Rooftop Solutions: Streamlined Plant Installations
The rooftop design is the perfect solution to reduce the amount of rooftop installed plant by having utilities such as ductwork spigots, water connections and other associated elements through the roof of the site as opposed to strung out across the roof.
This is particularly useful in cases where the rooftop plant space is limited, or there is a visual aspect to consider from overlooking residences or offices. The neat solution comprises of a fully welded baseframe with integral drip trays to fit on existing roof steels, and then spigot connections, and integrated control panel with mains connection and BMS as the only required connections to the unit.
Not only can we utilise/match any footprint required, weight, mains power input and LPHW connections, we have the option to include for a fully integrated reverse cycle fridge system, linked to either a water heating / cooling coil or a DX coil and EC direct driven fans throughout the whole range offering the latest technology in efficiency and design. In addition to this, there is also an option for powered exhaust hoods for better air quality and free cooling energy saving modes. All this is controlled by our integrated CAREL controls/software which can integrate into most BMS systems through its BACnet interface.
